The Hospice offers expert and compassionate palliative care. Our aim is to enhance the quality of life and ease the distress of patients suffering from cancer and other serious conditions and for whom curative treatment is no longer appropriate.

Martlets Hospice Annual Review

During 2007-2008, the Martlets Hospice provided specialist palliative nursing care for 501 patients. Of these, 219 died at the Martlets Hospice and 118 people were supported to die at home.

Light up a Life is one of the Martlet’s best loved and most meaningful community events, and is a time to remember and celebrate the life of a loved one in a special way.

A wide selection of stalls and Christmas presents to suit all pockets, festive flower demonstrations throughout the day, excellent parking, refreshments
